Acme Benefits: the answer is wrong and the appeal is missing
An eligibility decision is returned and shown to the applicant. A component changes the result and, in the same pass, removes the control that would let the applicant appeal it. The applicant is told something untrue and left without the means to contest it, and the benefits body's own systems hold the correct decision throughout.
