Acme Lending: the cost of the loan is not on the page
A loan offer is presented with the terms a borrower needs in order to judge it. One of those, the total cost, is removed by a component before the page renders. A reader cannot notice the absence of something they were never shown, and the lender's own records show the disclosure was served.
